Nicky Oliver is happy to welcome both Private Clients and NHS and to the Wig Room. Some of the Private clients who already use the Wig Room are just worried about thinning hair; others are suffering from Alopecia or are having treatment for their cancer privately.

Whatever the problem Nicky and his team are always delighted to offer advice and guidance about choosing the right wig human hair wigs or synthetic hair wig and how to look after it, explaining which products to use to keep the wig looking clean and natural and preserving the colour and style. A full-range of products is available from the salon or in the online shop.
Wig after-care service
For those clients who prefer to have a professional hairdresser care for their wig, Nicky offers an in-house wig after-care service.

Wigs and Hair Pieces are exempt from VAT for hair loss caused by illness Cancer, Alopecia
Aftercare Synthetic Wigs – Washing Service £55.00 – This service takes a minimum of 3 days.

In order to provide you with a nice experience, we kindly request some information to assist us in selecting the perfect wig or hair piece for you. With thousands of colours and styles available, it is important for us to accurately match your preferences as an individual with your own unique style.
To begin the process, we ask that you send us four photos: one looking forwards, side photos, one back photo portrait style and one full-length photo to showcase your fashion style. Please ensure that these photos are taken in natural daylight to aid in colour matching.
Along with the photos, please include a brief cover letter detailing any medical conditions or considerations, your name, and contact information to wigs@nickyoliver.com.
Upon receiving your photos, our team will assess them within 48 working hours. Following this assessment, you will receive a telephone consultation to discuss your requirements further, and additional information may be requested at that time. Subsequently, you will receive a personalised quote via email.
Upon receipt of the quote, you will have the option to pay the appointment fee online and schedule your appointment by calling 0161 241 0380. Appointments typically require 2 to 4 weeks to schedule, occasionally sooner.
